There are many tools and services on the market that will help you maintain your WordPress website. However, like any piece of software, a set-and-forget approach to maintenance is going to end up breaking your site. WordPress and the plugins in the WordPress site are pieces of software that need to be maintained.
Even though WordPress or its plugins are updated automatically but if no one is checking what the website looks like, 9 times out of 10 an update will break the look and feel of your site.
Our process is different. We embrace all of the automated tools to collect and present our engineers with the information required and we manually perform the updates at a scheduled time on a monthly basis.
This will include taking a full backup of your website before maintenance, performing the necessary updates and then manually inspecting your website for any issues.
Once a successful update is completed, we send you the results in a ticket including screenshots of your site after the updates are completed.
In addition to the maintenance work, our WordPress Management plans include prepaid hours for our team to perform changes for you on your website. These prepaid hours are provided at a heavily discounted rate and can be used each month by you to have us update content and perform other small changes on your site, giving you more hours to focus on your business.
